- Select My Account from the top right corner.
- In the drop-down menu.
- Go to the ‘Passes & Vouchers’ category.
- Choose Cancel Pass next to the pass you want to cancel.
- If necessary.
- Provide a reason for cancellation.
- Or tap I Still
NowTV – Oops something went wrong.
This is most likely due to the fact that you have more than one NOW account. To cancel any subscriptions you no longer require, log into each NOW account individually.
If you want your bank information removed from the nowtv database, please contact live chat or send an email to the following address stating that you want all of your details erased.
Contact your bank to have the payments halted. Then, using Live Chat, contact NowTV and explain what’s going on. They will know which account your payments are covering, even if you don’t, and as the payee, it is your account and can be closed off.
If you log in to your My Account > My Passes page at http://account.nowtv.com/passes , you should see any active passes with a cancel option for each. To cancel, click the Cancel button and go through the steps.
