From two different places? I want to keep the first account active but delete the other one. Since using 2 computers at home (MacBook & iMac).
Currently, I have my personal Gmail being accessed through Chrome on both machines. All files are kept in the cloud storage of choice: Drive / Dropbox. One is accessible from one computer only and the other is available across all machines. This works well because I’m not too worried about anyone gaining access to my accounts since they’re protected by a very complicated password that changes often (and requires Google authentication… so… double protection 👍). If anyone else were to gain access to my hard disks or backup drives then maybe that would be an issue…. keeping that part secure will be a future post – I personally don’t worry about this, because no one else has access to my drives.
To sign out of your Google account, click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. When you select Sign Out All Accounts from the bottom of the menu that appears, you are logged out of all services and unlinked from this account.
Tips for Viewing Photos on Multiple Devices. To view photos you’ve shared with others on multiple devices, follow these steps:
First, select Connected accounts or Linked Accounts in the Google app’s Settings section. Then find the third-party account that you want to unlink from your Google Account and next to the third-party account you want to unlink, select Remove or Unlink.
