Can’t change Square Enix ID on PS5 or PS4.
I have been trying to change my Square Enix ID on my PS4 and PS5 Square Enix Account since I got it on the 25th December 2018, but I cannot do so. When I try to change Square Enix ID on SquareEnix Account Management Website-[[https://secure.square-enix.com/account/]], it shows me a message that says:

SquareEnix can provide a maximum of one replacement Square Enilx ID to a customer for any lost or damaged item. SE does not delete accounts, they suspend them. The only reason a account would be cancelled is if you yourself cancelled and deleted it.
Forgotten your ID or password? Head to the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System (https://secure.square-enix.com) and enter them in.
