- From Settings, tap Accounts and backup.
- Drag your Samsung account to the trash can icon from Accounts or tap More options, Personal info, Remove account.
- Enter your password when prompted and confirm removal of the account by tapping OK.
When you delete your Samsung account, your details will also be deleted from all connected Samsung services. In addition, all information that belongs to your account, such as downloaded items, purchase history, etc. will also be deleted.

Tap Erase Everything
Samsung ID won’t be removed even if you force a factory reset through recovery mode. During set up it will still ask you to put in your Samsung ID and password.
